Mr. Scangarello is a recognized expert in the field of land use planning. He specializes in design, zoning and environmental planning matters and is actively sought as a consulting planner and participant in state and national programs. Mr. Scangarello has represented municipal governments and planning and zoning boards for more than thirty years. He also represents private land developers. Throughout his career, he has prepared plans for residential and commercial development, natural resource inventories, master plans, waterfront revitalization plans, and land development ordinances for towns throughout New Jersey and New York. He has also participated in the development review process and has been retained as an expert witness in environmental planning and housing matters.

Mr. Scangarello has an extensive background in private practice where success comes from creativity of design and function, value and timing. He has prepared many plans for residential and commercial development. Mr. Scangarello has a great deal of experience preparing Site Feasibility Studies which are based on analysis, determination of the feasibility of land, recognition of environmental problems, preparation of design options and knowledge of the regulatory process of State, County and local agencies.
